by Marc Camoletti

Our next production is a comedy by Marc Camoletti and adapted by Robin Hawdon entitled “Don’t Dress for Dinner”.

We are delighted to announce that this production will be staged at St Peter’s School in Compton in the Haywood Theatre.  This is a purpose built theatre with raked seating for an audience of up to 160.  We are really excited to be performing at this venue and we hope that you will come and support us.

It is set in France and takes place in Bernard and Jacqueline’s weekend retreat outside of Paris.  Bernard has arranged a very special dinner party whilst his wife is visiting her mother, with old friend Robert joining him for a very private dinner engagement.  The trouble with private dinner parties is that they don’t remain private for very long, especially when subterfuge and deception are the main courses!

This is Tettenhall Amateur Players’ fourth mainstream production.
