by John Chapman

Our very first production was Kindly Leave the Stage by John Chapman and was a perfect vehicle for experienced actors and new actors to cut their teeth.  The basic premise of the play is the breakdown of Rupert and Sarah’s marriage.  Their friends Charles and Madge, both of whom are lawyers, agree to handle the divorce.  But all is not as it seems.  This is a play about actors playing in a play where life intrudes into art and real life accusations unfold onstage while you, the audience, are unwittingly brought into the play.  Confused?
